Managementography uses practical, creative approaches to look at how organisations work in practice — including the systems, relationships and ways of working that grow around the organisation that was originally designed.

Managementography develops practical interventions for particular organisational questions. These include ways of exploring interpersonal communication, designing governance that can grow with an organisation, examining how information becomes decisions, and making other aspects of organisational life easier to look at and think about.
